Refund policy
Unfortunately, Starcrossed Sundries does not currently accept returns.
Frosting and spotting may occur due to temperature changes while your candle is in transit. Unfortunately, since we can't control the weather, we're not able to replace candles that have frosting or spotting. You can read more about our various jar sizes, candle burn times, and more in our FAQ.
We will offer exchanges within 14 days, for an item of the same price point. If you would like to exchange a product, please email us at help@starcrossedsundries.com
We understand that it’s very difficult to know if you’ll like a scent before you smell a candle in person. That’s why we go to great lengths to list our scent notes, and make our custom scent blends from the highest quality fragrance in the candle making industry. We also have sample packs available for purchase that you can order to see if you like a scent before committing to a larger candle!
Please consider gifting your candle to a friend, family member, or someone in your life that would enjoy it. Alternately, you can donate it to a charitable cause such as a women's shelter, nursing home, or animal shelter.
If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please get in contact with us at help@starcrossedsundries.com and we’ll open a claim, and send you out a replacement candle as soon as we can!
If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping it. Reshipping a package costs $8.00, and you will be sent an invoice via email. If you’d prefer a refund rather than to have us resend you a new candle, we do not offer refunds on shipping charges, only for the cost of the product itself.
If a return to sender is processed and your package isn’t returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for the cost of a replacement product, plus an additional $8.00 to cover the cost of shipping another candle, should you want one sent. We can’t offer any refunds on orders which were not returned to us.
