CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

Usually, if you email us at help@starcrossedsundries.com within same day that your order is placed we can make adjustments to the shipping address, products, note, etc. Please review your order carefully before placing it!

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks +/- unavoidable delays such as holidays or weather related disruptions. Please allow for extra time for us to process and package your order during holiday seasons and sales.

CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?

We offer USPS priority mail shipping, which typically arrives within 2-3 business days after it is shipped out. All our products are made to order, and are still subject to our 3-6 week turnaround time.

WILL I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?

Absolutely! Your tracking will be emailed to you as your order ships.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM CANDLES?

Starcrossed Sundries only offers custom candle orders for quantities of 50+ candles. Please email us at sales@starcrossedsundries.com for any questions regarding custom candle orders.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes! We offer international shipping via DHL, USPS, and UPS. Please note any extra duties or customs fees that incur are the responsibility of the receiver.

DO YOU WHOLESALE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Not currently, but we hope to in the future as we expand!
